Cindy Carter
Preschool Director &
Administrative Head
of Lakeside Day Camp

Cindy has enjoyed nearly twenty years working with children and families- the last ten of those with Padonia Park Child Centers.  She has a degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Program Management.  She is a Past-President of the Central Baltimore County Child Care Directors (local chapter of the Maryland State Child Care Association) and now holds general membership in same. 

Cindy is a Medication Technician certified through the Maryland State Board of Nursing and as such is qualified to administer medication.  Additionally she is CPR and First Aid trained and an instructor for the American Red Cross. 

Cindy has acquired an Intermediate Archery Instructor qualification through USA Archery.  This enables her to teach Basic Archery courses and oversee the archery program for Lakeside Day Camp.  She is certfied in Basic Rifle and is currently working through the steps to become a Rifle Instructor.  The summer of 2010 marks her first season as an American Camping Association Visitor (Camp Inspector).

Cindy will pursue Rock Climbing, Rappelling and Wilderness Survival courses in post season of 2010 in an effort to add even more fun and exciting activities to Lakeside Day Camp.

Padonia Park Child Centers is open most snow days too, as long as travelling is safe!
