Cindy Carter Preschool Director & Administrative Head of Lakeside Day Camp Cindy has a degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Program Management.  She is currently attending UMUC working on a degree in Behavioral Science.  She is the Past President of the Child Care Directors of Central Baltimore County and is now a general member of the same.  She maintains memberships in the National Child Care Association, Maryland State Child Care Association, National Association of Child Care Professionals and the USA Archery and National Field Archery Association.  Cindy is an Instructor for the American Red Cross, certified to teach the Baby-sitters Course;  a CMT (Certified Medication Technician) trained through Maryland Board of Nursing; and a LII Intermediate Archery Instructor.   Cindy and her eleven year old son Jay, reside in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.  Cindy has been working with families for eighteen years and celebrates her tenth year with PPCC this coming February.

At Padonia Park Club, we are committed to providing quality, developmentally appropriate child care for children ages 18 months through 5 years. Our goals focus on the well-being of the child, in particular:

Before- and After-School Program

The Before- and After-School Program is available for students attending full-day kindergarten through grade 5. It is open to any registered student brought to the center either by the Baltimore County Bus System from Pinewood Elementary School or private transportation. The Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, click on the link below.
